Sr. Applications Systems Analyst
eRichards Consulting is looking for a Sr. Applications Systems Analyst with strong organizational, planning and communication skills. The right candidate will have the ability to facilitate meetings and be accountable for project deliverable timelines. This position is considered a technical expert, with the ability to use technical tools to build and maintain various applications at the client’s site. Other responsibilities will be to lead project teams and perform hands-on development work at various phases of the project life cycle. The ability to communicate project details and status to the user and technical management is a must.
Responsibilities: Investigates, analyzes, designs, develops and implements cost effective solutions to business issues. Lead project team members. Ensures development standards are adhered to. Creates well organized project plans and effectively communicates project goals and objectives to all levels of user management. Formulates and ensures test strategies are executed and results analyzed.
Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Seven years experience which includes systems analysis, technical design and programming (RPG, RPGLE). Three years experience leading projects. Knowledge of AS/400 required. Knowledge of JD Edwards One World preferred. Prior experience implementing/supporting Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management applications is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
